Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

1. Definitions In these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:

"Company" means Sunny Pet Adventure LLC.

"Services" means the pet transportation services provided by the Company.

"User" means any person who uses our website or services.

"Website" means the Company's website located at sunnypetadventure.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You may only use our website or services if you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Scope of Services The Company provides pet transportation services. The Company will transport your pet to the destination you specify in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payment Payment for the Services is due in advance or payments (deposit, payment at pickup and payment at drop-off; all pet rideshares must be paid in full at time of pickup.  Pet rideshares are subject to cancellation by the other party.  We want to make sure your pet has all the funding to make its trip possible. Payment information is collected via Intuit Quickbooks and is not stored within the Company's storage management systems.

5. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for appointments that have already taken place.

6. Liability The Company is not liable for any damages caused by your pet, including but not limited to injuries to other pets or people, or damage to property. The Company is also not liable for any delays or cancellations of services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or mechanical problems prior to its pickup. Once in our care if emergency situation occurs, contingency plan will take affect, which may result in unforeseen delays.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

8. Privacy The Company collects and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

12. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Notices All notices and other communications under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

15. Counterparts These Terms may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
